1. Heat 2 cups water on the stove to 160 degrees.
Add to the blender these ingredients.
2. 1/4 cup spinach
3. 1/4 cub cilantro
4. 2 celery stalks
5. 1 clove garlic
6. 1 tomato
7. 1/4 cup olive oil
8. 1/4 cup basil
9. big chunk of fresh onion
Poor water in and blend until smooth.
After it's done, add cut up avocado chunks, carrot chunks and use a spiral slicer to make noodles.
