Oxygen Therapy

I’ve recently been getting more and more interested in really getting into studying alternate health and healing remedies. My mom was diagnosed with cancer back in 95 and since then has overcome it. Just a few days ago they found a “spot” on her lung again. She’s an aspiring raw foodist (I’ve been getting her and my dad into it) so I guess I’ve been forced to search out other methods. I have just seen what cancer can do to people you love and vowed to myself that I don’t want to EVER have that happen to me. So one of the books I will read next is Flood Your Body With Oxygen. Judging from this video it looks incredible! I’m really looking forward to learning more about it.

Getting Sick and Raw Food.

Thanks for visiting my raw blog. I will be posting all kinds of things on here very often. My goal is to post good videos, product reviews, raw food ideas and much more!
A few years ago I remember arguing with my Dad, telling him “Everybody gets sick, Dad, it’s human!” He would tell me how he never got sick. Ever since I “started the process” of going raw (about 5 years ago, currently I’m about 95% raw, if it’s even possible to put a percentage on it!) I’ve gotten sick once or twice tops. And it goes away super fast. It’s pretty insane actually. I usually get sick AT LEAST anywhere from 1-3 times per winter. Now I never get sick. I’m wondering what you guys think.

Have you noticed an increase in your immune systesm since changing your diet?

About Me

Hey there, I am 32 years old and I have been into the raw and living foods lifestyle since 2003 when I first read the book Fit for Lifegiven to me by a friend. My goal is to inspire other raw foodists on their journey to becoming 100% raw.

Since 2003 I've been reading everything i can get my hands on as well as listening to over 1,000 hours of lectures and attending seminars on raw and living foods as well as living this way. It's been really fun incorporating more and more of these foods into my lifestyle. It's taken me about 5 years to gradually make the change. My goal with this website is to write articles on information people really care about and that people can really use.

My goal is also to put out good articles 3-5 times per week. On top of a full time schedule that includes a full time job, gracie jiu jitsu, running, working out, surfing, rock climbing, surfing and making raw foods that's a tall order but one I'm going to do my best at! How We Look At Food

It's funny because the other day I was super super tempted by pizza. I went to eat with my wife at a local pizza place and I ate a salad but the smells were so good. The garlic bread looked incredible. To tell you the truth I really struggled. But I had a salad and I had had a giant smoothie right before that too. One of the strategies I lay out in a post called Raw Food Tips.

For me it helps to educate myself to the enth degree. This way I know when the cravings hit, what is actually going on inside my body if I eat these foods. Also it helps to realize that that stuff, pizza, bread etc, isn't really food. It's called food but it's not actually anything but something that is edible and it can in no way nourish you. So that helps to really get educated and to look at food differently. Food is something that is digestible and something that can actually nourish you. Bread and pasta, those are not foods.

Another thing I thought about is that with education comes anguish. It's a two way street. I mean how do you sit there at a restaurant and watch people eat “food” that is giving them cancer and be okay with that? But my goal is to not care at all about that anymore and make every time I eat an enjoyable experience. Make it fun, no matter what is being eaten. It's not all about food people! I forget that all the time. Some people make it to their 90's and beyond, eating dead denatured "death food." So maybe we should all just take it easy, have more fun, do what we do (eat more living foods) and let the chips fall where they may.

This is a site about raw food. I started being interested in the raw food diet in 2003 when I read a book called Fit for Life.Ever since then I have been moving more and more into the raw food path. I have listened to probably over 1,000 hours of lectures and seminars and have read dozens of books on the subject. I have been saturating myself in this information for the past 5 years as well as living it. I created this site to answer your questions and help other people who have and are going through the process of trying to improve their health. I try to answer all questions and provide useful and original content and articles that you can use in your life.

The site is constantly growing and evolving as we do. It started out as a way to talk about certain issues living the raw foods lifestyle.
